Lucia is the Director of Administration at Fusion Capital Partners. She has extensive experience supporting senior executives and overseeing administrative and operational functions across the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Fusion, Lucia spent nearly nine years at Crescent Capital Group supporting three Managing Directors within the firm's Private Credit strategy. Previously, she served as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief of Staff at Sheffield Haworth and held executive support and operations roles at The Caldwell Partners, Sextant Search Partners, and the National Hockey League.
Outside of work, Lucia enjoys traveling, mentoring young adults, boating, and paddleboarding.
